Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States via ground shipping only.

Due to lithium-ion battery regulations:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

• We do not ship via USPS

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may be restricted or unavailable

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on location

Important Notice
Portable Outlet batteries are classified as lithium-ion (UN3480) products and must comply with federal shipping regulations. As a result, air shipping is not available for these items.
