Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries and medical-related products:

• All sales are final once shipped

• Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or installed batteries

• Accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or serial numbers to assist with warranty evaluation.
